West Valley Woman Shot After a Group Fired Multiple Gunshots
An 18-year old woman seated as a back passenger was taken to a nearby hospital after having a gunshot in the shoulder. According to reports, the woman and her group confronted another group of nine men along 3200 West. The confrontation happened because allegedly, the opposing group threw something at their vehicle. The argument led to the firing of multiple gunshots until the police came to the scene. When they saw the police approaching, the groups scattered quickly. No suspect was captured and detectives are currently investigating the entire incident including the possible identity of the nine men.
